Pages on our sites may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, maps, etc.) from other sites and apps owned and/or operated by third parties. Embedded content from third parties behaves as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These third party properties may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Metadata from page visits may be retained indefinitely in compliance with statutory and regulatory business recordkeeping requirements.

You may be entitled to statutory and/or regulatory privacy rights under the CCPA, GDPR, or other privacy laws, which may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

• an export of all personal data we hold about you or data you have provided us;
