Frontend Engineer (React)
Location: remote (anywhere that has internet).
Summary: We are seeking a skilled React engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, specifically with React.js, and will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, efficient, and scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop User Interfaces: Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Component Development: Create reusable and modular React components and manage their lifecycle, ensuring consistency and reusability across the application.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate design concepts and requirements into functional, efficient code.
- Optimize Performance: Implement best practices for optimizing application performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient state management.
- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify, debug, and resolve issues and bugs in the application, providing timely fixes and updates.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in React and related technologies, and integrate new tools and practices to improve the development process.
- Contribute to Planning: Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings to ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Soft Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, particularly with large language models, and will play a key role in developing, deploying, and optimizing advanced natural language processing (NLP) solutions. You will work on innovative projects that leverage the latest advancements in AI to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various NLP tasks, such as text generation, summarization, translation, and question answering.
- Algorithm Research: Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and LLMs, integrating new techniques and methodologies into our projects.
- Data Handling: Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training and evaluation purposes, ensuring data quality and relevance.
- Model Training and Optimization: Implement and optimize training pipelines for LLMs, including handling distributed training, hyperparameter tuning, and resource management.
